We offer hands-on classes with all the information and materials to successfully tan your very own animal hide! Learn this very traditional skill in a modern method!
The class is $175 per person (if you want to bring a friend and work together, friend is free!) A $20 non-refundable deposit is required at registration/sign-up to hold your place.
Classes are held in person in Richmond, Prince Edward Island, Canada
What you get:
1 Tanning kit (enough to tan 1 deer, or 4-5 foxes, or 3-4 coyotes, or 2 sheepskins or many rabbits, etc)
1 rabbit hide (which you tan and get to keep)
Instructions for every step of the tanning process & supplies
Hands-on experience
Tools/knives for sale on site
A $20 deposit is required to hold your place in the class date of your choosing. The remaining balance ($155) will be required in person at the class, by cash, e-transfer or card. If you are unable to attend after reserving your spot, or you fail to show up for the class, the $20 is not refundable.
